Chunky Fava

The same things you love about the original chunky jiang but fermented in a fava based umami sauce instead. Comes out a bit sweeter and softer than the original. 

Favourite ways to serve: 

• As part of a rice bowl 
• As the foundation for a comforting bowl of soup or stew
• Mixed with mayonnaise as a dipping sauce

Aged: minimum 3 months

Ingredients: barley, spelt, soy, rice, fava, carrots, leeks, salt* and seaweed*
