Chunky Borlotti

The same things you love about the original chunky jiang but fermented in a borlotti bean based umami sauce instead. Borlotti beans provide extra chunkiness!

Favourite ways to serve: 

• As part of a rice bowl 
• As the foundation for a comforting bowl of soup or stew
• Mixed with mayonnaise as a dipping sauce

Aged: minimum 3 months
