Ramsløg/ramsons are one of those exciting first signs that warmer and longer days are on their way. Foraged in the spring then combined with chickpea jiang as a way to preserve those optimistic spring feelings. 

Aged: minimum 3 months

Ingredients: Danish chickpeas, rice, foraged ramsons*, salt*
