Chickpea 酱/Jiang(4)

This I make for many reasons. But the most important one is because my wife loves it. Danish chickpeas sit tight with rice koji for a couple of months.

Favourite way to serve? Always BUTTER on toast. Shhhhhhh ;)

Aged: minimum 3 months
