Anicia Linser 酱/Jiang(4)

Made with Danish lentils. Part of an ongoing project; fermenting with locally grown ingredients. This jiang is fruity, nutty and a beautiful green grey. 

Favourite way to serve? In a salad dressing with some honey and good quality vinegar. Or as the salt and umami addition to a stir fry sauce.

Aged: minimum 3 months 

Ingredients: Danish Anicia lentils, rice and salt*
