Chickpea 酱/Jiang(4), seaweed edition

I took a crowd favorite and tried to make it….better? I’m not sure if it’s better. But it is different. In a good way. Phew. Made with Danish chickpeas and seaweed from Dansk Tang.   

Aged: minimum 3 months

Ingredients: Danish chickpeas, rice, salt* and Danish seaweed*

*indicate non organic ingredients
