Soy Sauce - complete tasting set

A set for those of you looking to take a deep dive into the world of naturally fermented soy sauces.

This was driven by my question: how does time  and raw ingredients play a part in flavour development? 

What is included:

. 1 x one year old soy sauce

. 1 x two year old soy sauce

. 4 x three year old soy sauce

. 1 x okara soy sauce (made with sidestream ingredients from the production of organic tofu. a Foo Ferments x Lê Trang Tofu soy sauce)
