Ingrid Ærter 酱/Jiang(4)

After some experimenting with salt content, I've arrived at a level I'm happy with. This jiang is fruity and sweet and wonderful. Made with Danish peas from Aurion and Pure Dansk. It's a reminder that supporting each other is the way forward. 

Favourite way to serve? Always BUTTER on toast. Shhhhhhh ;)
