When I think comfort food, not many things beat a piping hot, super silky and flavorful bowl of 皮蛋粥 aka Peidan jook aka century egg congee. One of the classics, it hits the spot in the soul (and belly!) like a warm mama bear hug.

After many months of experimenting and refining, and finding duck eggs (the OG!), I'm happy and super excited to say that I succeeded in making some century eggs! The classic calls for some meat but this one will be without.

🍚 Rice bowls will also be available and work the same, no bookings necessary. You’re welcome to dine in or takeaway for your loved ones.
