Foo Ferments Soy Sauce Party - September 6. 2026

Twenty twenty six marks the fourth year Foo Ferments has been experimenting with soy sauce. Each year, recipes are adjusted, different raw ingredients are tested and time is allowed to influence the ferments the way only it can.

This year, you are invited to a tasting event where we will explore the various soy sauces that have been created in the last 3 years. The series includes:
- 3 year old soy sauces with wheat as the focus
- a two year old soy sauce
- a one year old soy sauce

This is a celebration of relationships, questioning minds and stewardship. If you’re able to come, besides getting to taste the soy sauces, I hope that you will also be able to make some new and meaningful connections.
