Fava Sauce - batch 001

An extension of the technique of making soy sauce; applied to Danish hestebønner and roasted organic rice: Made with my gluten avoiding friends in mind. Fermented for 18 months. 

Ingredients: fava (hestebønner)*, rice* and sea salt
